Hosts -
Must have fine dining experience, excellent telephone & communication skills, computer skills, be detail oriented and have a professional appearance. Additionally, have the ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment, be motivated and dependable. We are looking for team players dedicated to providing superior service to our guests who are interested in long-term employment.


Maitre d' -
Must meet the same qualifications as the host with at least one year of experience as a Maitre d'.


Support –
Must have at least one year of experience with large trays, be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment, with lots of movement/activity. Previous high volume restaurant experience is required. We are seeking candidates interested in long-term employment who have a flexible schedule.


Bartender -
Must have at least three years experience in an upscale, high volume setting. Be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment, with lots of movement/activity. We are seeking candidates interested in long-term employment who have a flexible schedule.


Servers -
Please have at least 2 years experience in an upscale, high volume setting. Must be able to carry large trays and stand for long periods of time. Have a genuine interest in people and the hospitality industry. We are seeking candidates interested in long-term employment who have a flexible schedule.
