Shawna Hawk and Ijo Ayanmo`s` music is based out of Nigeria, we include Congolese, Bembe, Bata and Makuta rhythms as well. Shawna Hawk, founder andartistic director, integrates her unique comprehensive background in African, Hawaiian, Afro-Puerto Rican and Afro-Cuban song and dance in the style of her group.
